SureShot IP – Allied Laws Module 2025

Sure Shot IP – Allied Laws Module
Strengthen Your Legal Foundation. Secure the Extra Edge.
Allied Laws form a vital component of the Limited Insolvency Examination, carrying over 10% weightage in the overall syllabus. This segment covers a wide spectrum of foundational statutes, including but not limited to the The Mediation Act, 2023, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, among others.
A strong grasp of these laws is essential for success, as the examination rigorously evaluates candidates’ legal acumen in these domains. Neglecting this section can adversely affect overall performance.
The Sure Shot IP Allied Laws Module is designed to provide aspirants with clear, structured, and practical understanding of these critical statutes. The goal is to enable candidates to master this segment, boost their scores, and clear the exam on their first attempt with confidence.
