Changes in Limited Insolvency Exam Pattern:
- Weightage of Case Study Questions: With the updated pattern effective from July 1, 2023, case study questions now carry a significant weightage of 70 marks. Each question is worth 2 marks, but incorrect answers result in a penalty of -½ mark, increasing the risk of failure.
- Importance of Concept Clarity: Clear understanding of concepts is crucial for tackling case study questions effectively. These questions require not only subject knowledge but also strategic thinking.
New Case Study Sets Introduced:
a. Corporate Insolvency Resolution and Liquidation: Includes 2 case studies with a comprehension narrating a case, followed by 10 questions (2 marks each) in each case study.
b. Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process: Comprises one case study with a comprehension and four questions (2 marks each).
c. Individual Insolvency Resolution and Bankruptcy: Contains one case study with a comprehension and four questions (2 marks each).
d. Business and General Laws: Features one case study with a comprehension and four questions (2 marks each).
e. Business and Professional Ethics: Presents one case study with a comprehension and three questions (2 marks each).
